About These Terms
These terms cover your use of this website (zhlive.co.uk), run by ZH Live. They don't cover the terms of any ticket you purchase - those are set out by our ticketing partner, Smeetz, and shown to you at the point of booking each individual event, since they can vary show to show and venue to venue.
Event Information & Line-Ups
We do everything we can to keep event details on this site accurate and up to date, including player line-ups. However, darts players are professional sportspeople with their own schedules, and a line-up change is sometimes unavoidable due to unforeseen circumstances. Where an event page states the line-up is subject to change, that reflects this - it isn't a guarantee of who will appear on the night.
Tickets & Payments
All ticket sales are processed by Smeetz, not by ZH Live directly. We don't collect or store your payment card details at any point. Any dispute relating to a ticket purchase, refund, or booking should be raised with Smeetz in the first instance, using the terms presented to you at checkout.
Event Changes, Postponements & Cancellations
Occasionally an event may need to be postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control. Where this happens, we'll update the event's page on this site to reflect its current status as clearly as possible.
Using This Website
You're welcome to browse this site and use it to find out about our events and buy tickets. Please don't use it in any way that could damage, disable or interfere with how it works, or attempt to access any part of it you're not authorised to.
Intellectual Property
The content on this site - text, graphics, logos and images - belongs to ZH Live or is used with permission, unless stated otherwise. Please don't reproduce or reuse it without asking us first.
Links to Other Sites
This site links out to third-party services including Smeetz (for ticketing) and our social media channels. We're not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites once you leave ours.
Liability
We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it'll always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited or excluded.
