All tickets are sold through our ticketing partner, Smeetz. Just hit the Book Tickets button on any event page and you'll be taken straight to their secure checkout to pick your seats.

Refunds and exchanges are handled by Smeetz under their own booking terms, which you'll see at checkout before you pay. Get in touch with us if you're not sure where you stand and we'll point you in the right direction.

Check your spam folder first, that catches most of them. Still nothing? Contact us with the name and email you booked under and we'll chase it up with Smeetz.

It's a tiered entry system built around getting you closer to the action, earlier. Platinum VIP guests get the earliest entry of the night, ahead of everyone else. VIP entry follows shortly after, with the VIP experience - typically extra time in the room before doors open to the rest of the crowd - beginning a little later. General Admission opens last, closer to the show itself. Exact timings are listed on each event's own page, since they vary show to show.

Meet-and-greet and signing opportunities are typically part of the VIP and Platinum VIP experience, subject to each player's availability on the night. If it's included for a specific event, it'll be listed on that event's ticket options via Smeetz.

If getting close to the players, better seating and earlier entry matters to you, yes. It's entirely optional though - General Admission gets you in to watch the same brilliant night of darts either way.

That depends on which ticket type you've got. Doors and VIP entry times are listed on each individual event page - check the Event Details section for the exact breakdown of the night.

We do everything we can to deliver the advertised line-up, but darts players are professional sportspeople with their own schedules, and occasionally a change is unavoidable due to unforeseen circumstances. You'll always see "line up subject to change" noted on our event pages for exactly this reason.
